Order Cancellation

When You Can Cancel

• Orders can be cancelled any time before they are shipped
• Check your order status in the confirmation email

How to Cancel

1. Contact us with your order number at admin@bunaav.com
2. Include "Cancel Order #[Order Number]" in the subject line
3. You'll receive confirmation within 24 hours

Return Policy

Return Period

• Products can be returned within 7 days from delivery date
• The return period starts from the day you receive your order

Eligible Products for Return

✅ Products that can be returned:

• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong products delivered
• Products with missing parts/accessories
• Products significantly different from description

❌ Products that cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized products
• Used or altered products

Return Conditions

Products must meet these conditions:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Product must have all original tags and packaging
• Product must be returned within the return period

Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Contact us within the return period at admin@bunaav.com

2. Approval: We review your request and confirm whether the return is eligible

3. Packaging: Pack the product securely in original packaging if available

4. Pickup/Shipping:

   • Ship the product to our return address below (shipping costs borne by customer)

1. Inspection: We inspect the returned product once it reaches us
2. Refund/Replacement: Process refund or send replacement based on your preference

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

• Processing Time: 7-14 business days after product receipt and inspection
• Once we send the refund, banks typically take a further 5-7 business days to credit a card or account, and wallets and UPI usually settle within 24-48 hours

Refund Amount

• Product Cost: Full refund of product price
• Shipping Charges:
  • Refunded for damaged/wrong products
  • Not refunded for change of mind returns

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card → Same card
• Net Banking → Same bank account
• UPI → Same UPI ID
• Wallet → Same wallet
• Cash on Delivery → Bank transfer (bank details required)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues (subject to availability)
• Color preferences (subject to availability)
• Defective products

Exchange process follows the same timeline as returns.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:

1. Do not accept visibly damaged packages
2. Record video while opening the package
3. Take photos of damage
4. Report within 48 hours with evidence
5. We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
